Massage Services
I am a state certified CMT and offer massage to relieve stress and to optimize sports performance. I'm an experienced health professional, a university educator, and a retired podiatrist with many years of experience in medical, health and wellness services.
I use a combination of Swedish relaxation, sports and deep tissue techniques along with Thai massage to provide a unique blend of massage styles to support your performance, health and wellness. As a medical professional and health educator, I will also provide health coaching involving nutrition and physical activity in my massage interaction with you as requested.
All work is done in a private studio apartment with showers available.
New Client: 60 minute Massage (Promotional First Visit Only) 1 hour @ $90.00
This is a general massage that includes most of the body. If an area is discovered that needs attention, some focus will be given to that area, and less in others, example: Back or Neck.
This massage will provide relaxation, recovery and mobility. Techniques are geared to your particular needs at the time.
120 minutes — $180.00
90 minutes — $150.00
60 minutes — $110.00
30 minutes — $60.00 (focused partial body, example: legs for runners, chest/back/arms for weightlifters)
